Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging allows you not only to see the heat signature of what is currently in frame, but also what evidence is left behind
Infrared Scans can photograph the air temperature coming from the HVAC system, or highlight drafty spots leaking through openings in the building envelope.
In conjunction with a moisture meter, the thermal camera can identify areas of water damage or invisible leaks, such as this example of a shower with moisture damage on the adjacent drywall.
Thermal Heat Signatures also play a key role in identifying overheating equipment, electrical breakers, water lines and exhaust pipes.
